The Role
Menu Representatives are responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing Slice’s consumer-facing restaurant menus, including new menu builds, existing menu updates, and ID shop menu creation. They ensure menus are accurate, complete, and delivered on time to support a high-quality ordering experience.
- Build new menus, ID shop menus, and update existing restaurant menus accurately and efficiently
- Optimize menus to follow Slice best practices, ensuring clarity, consistency, and usability
- Create and configure ID shop menus according to onboarding and operational requirements
- Process menu-related cases within defined SLAs, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
- Identify and correct errors in pricing, categories, items, modifiers, availability, and menu structure
- Review incoming cases for completeness and flag missing, unclear, or conflicting information
- Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Operations, and other internal teams to resolve menu-related requests
- Monitor and support the initial setup of menus for new and ID shops to ensure readiness for launch
- Perform quality checks to confirm menus are customer-ready before publishing
- Use internal tools, documentation, and reporting to manage menu data accurately
- Maintain clear and detailed case notes for visibility and tracking
- Contribute feedback on tools, processes, and workflows to improve menu accuracy and efficiency
- Support special projects such as menu optimizations, audits, migrations, and system improvements

- Good English written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of American (specifically pizzeria) menus
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize work effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment
- 1+ year of experience in data entry, menu management, or a similar role preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex or incomplete requests
- Ability to follow established processes while adapting to evolving priorities
- Working knowledge of internal tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Docs
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
- Collaborative team player with a positive, professional mindset
