The Role
As a Quantity Surveying Graduate, you will join our Commercial team and gain practical experience across the full project lifecycle, supporting the commercial management of major M&E projects.
Working alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers, you will develop your understanding of cost control, procurement, subcontract management, valuations, variations and project reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Quantity Surveying team with project cost control and reporting.
- Assist with the preparation of valuations, applications for payment and cost reports.
- Support the management of subcontractor accounts and payments.
- Assist with reviewing contracts, variations and commercial documentation.
- Support procurement activities and analysis of project costs.
- Assist with tracking project budgets and forecasts.
- Maintain accurate commercial records and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with project, procurement, estimating and finance teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- A willingness to learn and develop within a commercial environment.
- Previous construction experience is advantageous but not essential.
