During the program, you will learn all about the many divisions at BlueRock, how to establish your personal brand and will be placed in one team where you will have exposure to:
- Preparing financial statements (BASs, IAS, FBT Returns) and income tax returns for small business clients (companies, trusts, partnerships) 💼
- Supporting our directors with financial modelling, tax planning and consulting projects 📊
- Reviewing taxation notices and preparing correspondence on behalf of clients 📝
- Liaising with the ATO 🏛️
- Attending client meetings with your team and attending learning & development sessions 🗓️
- Working alongside other teams within BlueRock to identify opportunities to collaborate 🤝

We want to hear from people who:
- Are in their penultimate or final year of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a similar discipline
- Have the desire to undertake further Accounting qualifications such as CA or CPA
- Experience and competency in Accounting or Finance area is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- A strong desire to provide exceptional client service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information in an easily understandable way
- Officially B-Corp Certified, and a Certified Great Place to Work 2026, 2025 and 2024
