INFIRMIER DE SECTEUR BLOC OPÉRATOIRE (F/H)
Les fonctions ou intitulés se déclinent au féminin comme au masculin. En tant qu'Infirmier(e) de Bloc Opératoire, vos missions principales s'articulent autour des activités suivantes :
* Vos missions :
Assurer la prise en charge globale, la sécurité et le confort du patient au sein du bloc opératoire.
Garantir les mesures d'hygiène, d'asepsie et de sécurité avant, pendant et après les interventions.
Exercer en tant qu'Aide Opératoire (AIO), Circulant(e) ou Panseuse selon vos compétences et diplômes.
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes chirurgicales, d'anesthésie et de brancardage.
Préparer le matériel, les instruments et veiller à la traçabilité des soins et consommables.
* Profil recherché :
Titulaire du diplôme d'État d'IBODE ou Infirmier(e) DE ayant validé les Mesures Transitoires (AIO).
Une première expérience ou maîtrise des fonctions de circulant(e) / aide opératoire au bloc.
Rigueur, réactivité, esprit d'équipe et capacité d'adaptation face aux situations d'urgence.
* Conditions de travail & Horaires :
- Type de contrat : CDI
- Rémunération : 27 000 € à 37 000 € brut annuel (selon profil et expérience).
- Horaires de travail : Roulement intégrant différentes amplitudes (ex: 7h45 - 18h30 / 19h30, 7h45 - 13h15, ou 13h00 - 19h15).
- Astreintes (accessibles dès 3 mois d'ancienneté) :
1 week-end d'astreinte toutes les 5 à 6 semaines.
3 astreintes en semaine par mois. Nous recherchons un(e) Infirmier(e) dédié(e) et compétent(e) pour un rôle essentiel en clinique comme profil circulant.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement avec les collègues et les patients
- Expérience préalable dans un bloc opératoire ou domaine similaire est fortement souhaitée
- Maîtrise des protocoles de soins et des gestes techniques en milieu opératoire
- Diplôme d'État d'Infirmier(e) (IDE) requis pour accéder à ce poste
