
Fleet Administrator
Selecta is the largest provider of unattended self-serve coffee and convenience food in Europe, leading the way in vending solutions and specialist coffee services. We are hiring a Fleet Administrator to join our team and provide administrative support, managing the day-to-day operational functions of the Selecta UK Ltd vehicle fleet.

Responsibilities
- To provide assistance to company fleet drivers in the event of accidents, breakdowns and general enquiries.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls relating to vehicle servicing, MOT’s, repair bookings and ad hoc short term vehicle hire.
- Liaising with maintenance suppliers to minimise vehicle off road times and ensuring all relevant systems are updated.
- Managing fuel cards on online platforms, monitoring usage and providing feedback /advice to line managers to educate our drivers in correct usage.
- Managing licence checking for new and existing employees using online system and DVLA website.
- Maintaining fleet related reports, ensuring trackers are kept up to date daily with high level of accuracy.
- Processing parking fines and tracking expenditure.
- Preparation of fleet reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong ICT skills – Excel to VLOOKUP standard and confident with using online portal.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a good telephone manner.
- Flexibility to work in a support role.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, highly pressured environment.
