Good Tuesday is a design-led stationery brand and a certified B Corp. We bring “the Art in Planning” - creating beautiful tools to help people plan their time. We believe good planning creates space for what really matters.

We have all the makings of an iconic brand;  impactful products, a loyal community, and a strong sense of purpose. We're growing fast, and we’re looking for curious, kind, and capable people who want to help grow a company that uses business as a force for good - and have fun doing it.

We take work seriously, but don’t take ourselves too seriously.

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead business operations at Good Tuesday, with a focus on scaling systems, streamlining processes, and improving performance across fulfilment, logistics, and wider operations.

This is a senior, hands-on role at the centre of our business. You’ll own the day-to-day operations that keep things running smoothly, from stock flow and order fulfilment to capacity planning, systems management, and delivering efficiencies that support growth.

Warehouse and logistics will be a key part of your remit, but you’ll also strengthen how the wider business operates. You’ll work closely with leadership and collaborate across teams to drive performance, implement digital tools, and ensure we’re set up for scale. You’ll lead Lean implementation, build quarterly operational OKRs, review KPIs and costs, solve bottlenecks, and improve service levels, bringing clarity and rigour to how we work.

You’ll manage cross-functional initiatives, oversee internal and external stakeholders, and help shape the future of our operations as we grow into new channels and markets. We’re looking for someone who can build out the operations function, thrives on structure, brings high standards, and aligns operational execution with business goals in a creative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse, Fulfilment & Logistics

  • Warehouse operations: Oversee day-to-day fulfilment across ecommerce (D2C) and wholesale (B2B).
  • Capacity planning: Plan staffing and workflow needs, especially during peak periods.
  • Stock handling:  Ensure clear, efficient processes from goods-in to dispatch.
  • Workplace standards: Ensure the systems, standards, and routines are in place to maintain a safe, clean, and effective working environment.
  • Compliance - action changes in legislation or regulations

Business Operations & Systems

  • Process improvement: Evaluate and improve workflows across the business.
  • Digital tools: Identify inefficiencies and introduce tools and AI automation.
  • Systems ownership: Own and optimise operational systems, including our WMS.
  • SOPs: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and drive continuous improvement.

Data, Planning & Reporting

  • KPIs:  Monitor operational KPIs and use data to guide decisions.
  • Cost management:  Support cost control and process-led savings.
  • Planning: Contribute operational insight to strategic planning.

People & Team Leadership

  • Team management:  Manage and develop warehouse and operations staff through reviews, training, and coaching.
  • Culture:  Promote a culture of kindness, ownership, clarity, and accountability.
  • Alignment:  Ensure clear communication and planning across teams.

Cross-functional Projects & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaboration:  Work with product, buying, customer service, marketing, and ecommerce to improve delivery and solve problems.
  • Improvement initiatives:  Lead cross-functional improvement and scale projects.
  • External relationships:  Build strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and couriers.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in operations, logistics, or fulfilment within fast-growing ecommerce or consumer goods.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver continuous improvement across warehouse and business operations.
  • Confident working with data, systems, and software to drive performance.
  • Comfortable working at pace, solving complex problems, and managing competing priorities.
  • Hands-on, practical, and solutions-focused.
  • A clear communicator who thrives on structure, clarity, and results.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Please note: this is a product-based operations role; service-only experience (hospitality, events) is not relevant.

What We Offer

We are offering a full time permanent contract, initially based at Lanteague Studios, Zelah, Cornwall - with a move to a brand new HQ in Indian Queens planned in October.

A competitive salary depending on experience.

  • Flexible work hours (core studio hours between 10am and 3pm)
  • 23 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays — 31 days total, increasing with length of service
  • Generous product allowance and discounts
  • NEST pension scheme
  • Ongoing Training and Development
  • Healthy Workplace pledge with annual health checks
  • Ride Share scheme
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Eye care vouchers
  • Weekly Team Lunch
  • Regular team socials
  • Paid volunteering
  • And more…

To Thrive at Good Tuesday

We use business as a force for good — Our values guide how we work, how we make decisions, and how we treat each other.

1. Customer First

We exist for our customers. We listen deeply, design meaningfully, and act fast to serve their needs. Every decision starts here.

What we expect:
You think like a customer — in how you design, communicate, solve problems, or prioritise your time. You care about creating helpful, joyful experiences.

2. Caring

We lead with empathy. Whether it’s our team, customers, or partners — we treat people with kindness, assume good intentions, and build trust through respect.
What we expect:
You’re thoughtful in how you speak, write, and show up. You look out for others, give feedback constructively, and support the team without ego.

3. Raise the Bar

We’re not here to be average. We go for better — in quality, creativity, and how we show up every day.
What we expect:
You take pride in your work. You ask “how could this be even better?” and you care about the details — whether it’s a product, a process, or a team project.

4. Honest & Accountable

We speak clearly and take responsibility. We do what we say, take feedback well, and build trust in small moments — and big ones.
What we expect:
You communicate openly. You meet deadlines, own mistakes, and follow through. You help build a culture of trust, not blame.

5. Purposeful

We act with intention. No busy work, no filler. We focus on what moves the needle and build systems that last.
What we expect:
You prioritise high-impact work, challenge unnecessary complexity, and think beyond today’s to-do list. You make things better, not just busier.

  • You are a doer
  • You’re a team player
  • You’re humble
  • You are honest, straightforward and transparent
  • You are a good teacher/mentor (approachable and accessible)
  • You want to get your hands dirty
  • You solve problems
  • You are resilient
  • You are flexible
  • You are entrepreneurial, smart, and passionate
  • If you don't know something, you say so — then go figure it out
  • You love working in a creative environment
  • You have a sense of humour
  • You are an insatiable learner
