AIDE SOIGNANT (F/H) - MAISON D'ACCUEIL SPÉCIALISÉE
Les fonctions ou intitulés se déclinent au féminin comme au masculin. En tant qu'Aide-Soignant(e), vous interviendrez auprès de personnes en situation de handicap lourd, au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire engagée. Vos principales missions seront :
- Réaliser les soins d'hygiène, de confort et de prévention (nursing) ;
- Participer à l'accompagnement dans les actes de la vie quotidienne (repas, mobilité, communication) ;
- Assurer la surveillance de l'état de santé des résidents (prises de constantes, observation comportementale) ;
- Contribuer à la sécurité, au bien-être et à l'autonomie des personnes accueillies ;
- Participer à l'entretien de l'environnement immédiat du résident ;
- Échanger avec les familles et l'équipe soignante, et assurer les transmissions orales et écrites.
Vous serez amené(e) à travailler dans un contexte :
- exigeant sur le plan relationnel ;
- nécessitant sens des responsabilités, écoute, patience et bienveillance.
