Pflichtpraktikant (m/w/d) / Werkstudent (m/w/d) ab sofort (bis zu 40 bzw. 20 Stunden pro Woche)

ein spannendes Arbeitsumfeld im Bereich DGNB Navigator Bauprodukteplattform:
- Unterstützung bei der Qualitätssicherung von Bauproduktdatensätzen (Produktprüfung)
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachteams und Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von (Prüf-)Prozessen
- Kundensupport für den DGNB Navigator (Postfach, Sprechstunde), darunter die Unterstützung der Bauprodukthersteller und Zertifizierungsexperten bei der Pflege und Aktualisierung der Produktdokumentationen im Backoffice
- Verbesserung Nutzerverständnis und die Benutzererfahrung rund um den DGNB Navigator
- Erstellung von nutzergerechten Inhalten und Verwaltung von Webseite-Inhalten mithilfe eines Content Management System – CMS (Typo3)
- Arbeiten mit agilen Projektmanagementmethoden, sowie mit Wasserfall
Das bringen Sie mit
Sie sind immatrikulierter Student (m/w/d) der Fachrichtung Architektur/Innenarchitektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Umweltschutztechnik, Wirtschaftswissenschaft, Bau-/Immobilienwirtschaft, Ingenieurwissenschaft oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang.
Idealerweise verfügen Sie über erste praktische Erfahrungen.

- kommunikationsstark (sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse) und haben ein gutes Verständnis für Nutzerbedürfnisse
- bereit, sich in das DGNB System und das Thema Bauprodukte einzuarbeiten oder erste Kenntnisse vorhanden
- bereit, sich in CRM/CMS-Programme und Projektmanagement-Tools (Atlassian) einzuarbeiten oder bringen erste Erfahrungen mit
- gut organisiert und schätzen es, selbstständig zu arbeiten
