About the Role

We are seeking a highly efficient Driver Training Administrator with administrative experience working for a Registered Training Organisation and great attention to detail to support the Training Project Coordinator during the period of an intensive project. This is a 4-month fixed-term contract role.

This role is responsible for providing administrative and customer support to the training/assessment staff and clients by ensuring highly organised document control and data entry, responding to all training enquiries by taking bookings via phone/email, and maintaining the database to ensure appropriate distribution of promotional material.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and upsell CCT products and services where appropriate when booking in courses.
  • Liaise with trainers in relation to booking, create and send notification of training letters to enrolled trainees, and notify trainers of confirmed participants numbers.
  • Distribute certificates of completion to participants who have successfully completed the training.
  • Maintain sales referrals table to ensure that salespeople receive CCT commissions on time monthly.
  • Follow up outstanding sales “leads” referred by CRM team and issue daily reports to the State Manager of progress.
  • Answer all inbound calls in a professional and timely manner, taking detailed messages and responding as required.

Skills & Experience

  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (essential)
  • Administrative experience working for a Registered Training Organisation (essential)
  • Student Management System experience (advantageous)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service
