  • Prospect, pitch, and close B2B / B2B2C enterprise deals with insurance carriers, banks, brokers, digital platforms, and financial institutions.
  • Position Igloo’s modular tech capabilities—including AI-powered risk engines, dynamic pricing, and automated workflows—to C-level executives (CEOs, Chief Digital Officers, Heads of Retail Banking, CIOs).

2. Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Building

  • Identify and secure strategic Embedded Insurance & Embedded Finance partnerships across high-volume digital ecosystems (Banks, FinTechs, E-commerce, Telecoms, Mobility, Digital Platforms).
  • Leverage Igloo's multi-product portfolio to customize protection offerings for enterprise partners and unlock new revenue streams.
  • Structure win-win revenue-sharing, API integration, and SaaS licensing commercial models.

3. Cross-Regional & HQ Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Product, Pre-Sales, and Engineering teams at Singapore HQ to customize technical pitches and respond to enterprise RFPs/RFIs.
  • Collaborate with sales and commercial leaders across Igloo’s Asian offices to leverage existing regional relationships and execute cross-border partnership deals.
  • Relay market insights and partner feedback back to global Product Leadership to inform future platform features and localized offerings.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

Experience

  • 8–12+ years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Strategic Partnerships within Insurtech, FinTech, Banking Tech, or Enterprise SaaS/API platforms.
  • Proven track record of executing enterprise-grade SaaS, API integration, or platform distribution agreements.
  • Experience working within a multi-country setup, collaborating with regional HQ leadership.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Insurtech & Banking Tech Acumen: Strong understanding of API-driven integrations, core technology platforms, and embedded finance/insurance models across banking and insurance.
  • Commercial Expertise: Ability to navigate long, complex sales cycles and build commercial frameworks (revenue-share, per-transaction fee, SaaS licensing).
  • Consultative Pitching: Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills to influence C-level decisions across financial services and technology sectors.

Soft Skills

  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of driving momentum independently in a new office location.
  • Collaborative team player accustomed to fast-paced, cross-cultural, and regional scale-up environments.
  • Fluency in English is required.

 Good to Have

  • Prior experience with digital transformation projects in financial services, banking, or insurance.
  • Exposure to regional ecosystem partners, system integrators (SIs), or affinity distribution networks.
