Who We Are

Rise & Amplify is an independent creative and digital agency based in Altrincham, helping global brands and fearless challengers get noticed, remembered and chosen.
We combine sharp strategy, standout creative and consistently high-quality delivery to produce work that genuinely performs.

You'll join a friendly, collaborative studio where you'll have the opportunity to work across an exciting variety of brands, projects and formats while learning from experienced designers and artworkers around you.

The Opportunity

This is first and foremost an Artworker role and a brilliant opportunity to develop your career within a busy creative agency.

Working alongside our Studio Manager and Senior Designers, you'll help turn existing creative concepts and brand assets into polished, accurate artwork ready for print and digital delivery.

You'll resize, adapt and prepare creative across multiple formats, check files carefully and make sure everything that leaves the studio meets the standards our clients expect.

You won't be expected to arrive knowing everything.

What matters is that you already have good foundations, understand the importance of accurate artwork and genuinely want to develop your technical and creative production skills.

Where You'll Add Value

• Produce accurate, high-quality artwork for print and digital projects.
• Resize and adapt existing creative across different formats, platforms and deliverables.
• Work with established brand assets and guidelines to maintain consistency.
• Prepare files correctly for print and digital production.
• Support Senior Designers and the Studio Manager across live client projects.
• Carry out careful artwork and quality checks before files are delivered.
• Use Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop as part of your everyday work.
• Help create and adapt graphics for campaigns, social media, digital and marketing materials.
• Manage your workload across multiple projects and deadlines with support from the wider studio team.
• Ask questions, take feedback positively and continually develop your artwork and production skills.
• Get involved, contribute ideas and become an active part of a collaborative creative studio.

About You

You're at the earlier stages of your creative career but already know that good artwork is about much more than making something look nice.

You notice alignment, spacing, typography and consistency. You enjoy taking creative work and making sure it's polished, accurate and ready to go.

You're also keen to learn.

You'll likely bring:

• Around 1-2 years' experience within an Artworking, Graphic Design or similar creative production role.
• Some experience within a creative agency, design studio or similarly fast-paced creative environment would be advantageous.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
• Some experience preparing artwork for print and/or digital output.
• A good eye for layout, typography and visual consistency.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing accurate work.
• Good organisation with the ability to work across multiple briefs and deadlines.
• A positive, proactive approach and willingness to learn from more experienced members of the team.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with others.

Experience with After Effects or motion graphics would be a bonus, but isn't essential.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone with strong creative foundations, attention to detail and the potential to develop.

How We Hire

We care about talent, potential and passion – not where you studied.

No degree required.

Rise & Amplify is an equal opportunities employer. We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.

Why Join Rise & Amplify?

This is a fantastic opportunity to build your creative career inside an agency where you'll be exposed to different brands, formats and projects rather than producing the same thing every day.

You'll work alongside experienced creative professionals who can help you develop your craft while giving you increasing ownership as your confidence grows.

Alongside that, you'll enjoy:

• £28,000 – £30,000 DOE.
• 15-month fixed-term maternity cover contract.
• Hybrid working following an initial 12-week studio-based onboarding period.
• Flexible working hours within core hours.
• 4pm finish every Friday.
• Regular team socials.
• A collaborative, inclusive and ambitious culture.
• Exposure to global brands and exciting challenger businesses.
• The opportunity to learn from experienced Senior Designers and the wider creative team.
• An environment where talent, passion and potential matter more than qualifications.
