We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Fitness Instructor to join our team. If you have a genuine passion for fitness, enjoy helping people achieve their goals and thrive in a customer-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Fitness Instructor, you will inspire and support members of all fitness levels, tailoring workouts to individual needs and ensuring exercises are both enjoyable and effective. You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment where members feel confident, motivated and safe while using our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support gym users with exercise queries and fitness programmes on a day-to-day basis
• Deliver the highest standards of customer service, member care and safety at all times
• Instruct fitness sessions for individuals and groups across a range of abilities
• Provide guidance on the safe and effective use of gym equipment
• Motivate and encourage members to achieve their health and fitness goals
• Build positive relationships with members, inspiring trust and confidence
• Maintain a clean, safe and professional fitness environment
• Deliver gym floor-based classes as required

Hours: Casual hours, as and when required.

• Level 2 Fitness Instructor Qualification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for helping people improve their health and wellbeing
• Ability to motivate and engage a wide range of members
• Strong commitment to customer service and health & safety standards

Desirable Requirements

• Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification
• Experience delivering group exercise classes
• Previous experience within a gym, leisure, or fitness environment
