Au sein d'un établissement d'HAD, vous assurez des soins essentiels à domicile et contribuez au bien-être des patientes et patients - Réaliser les soins d'hygiène et de confort en respectant les protocoles individualisés - Observer l'état de santé, transmettre les informations essentielles et alerter l'équipe soignante - Accompagner les patientes et patients avec écoute, dignité et bienveillance tout au long de la journée

- Vous détenez le Diplôme d'État d'Aide-Soignant·e
- Vous maîtrisez les soins d'hygiène, de confort et la surveillance clinique
- Vous faites preuve d'autonomie, de rigueur et d'un sens aigu des priorités
- Vous communiquez avec empathie auprès des patient·es, proches et équipes soignantes
