This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with senior leaders, build commercial capability, and help drive profitable growth across leading retail customers and channels. 

What you'll be doing 

• Develop and embed the DACH commercial strategy, identifying where to win across customers, channels and categories aligned with our commercial objectives. 

• Build commercial frameworks, governance and execution standards that drive profitable, sustainable growth. 

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Category, Finance and Revenue Growth Management to translate strategy into commercial action. 

• Create compelling customer propositions and sell-in stories that strengthen retailer partnerships and category growth. 

• Lead commercial input into annual planning, innovation launches and long-term business planning. 

• Define pricing, promotional and trade investment principles to maximise return on investment and margin. 

• Support customer growth strategies, ensuring strong execution and also plan and execute against national/regional promotions (also managing POS materials) 

• Ensure consistent brand and customer executions, creating sales tools and stories 

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities and shopper insights 

• Monitor commercial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to improve sales, profitability and execution. 

• Build strong relationships with key retail partners, influencing commercial direction and creating long-term value. 

• Lead cross-functional initiatives and drive change across the DACH commercial organisation. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. 

• 7+ years' experience within Consumer Healthcare, FMCG or another fast-paced commercial environment. 

• Strong background as a National Account Manager or Senior National Account Manager combined with Commercial Strategy experience an/or Trade. Category Manager 

• GS1 certification is a plus, not a must 

• Experience working across multiple DACH retail channels such as Grocery, E-commerce, Discount and/or DACH pharmacy channels 

• Strong understanding of commercial planning, category strategy, trade investment and customer profitability. 

• Commercially astute with experience managing P&L, gross-to-net, pricing, promotions and margin discussions. 

• Strategic thinker who can turn complex challenges into clear commercial priorities and action plans. 

• Experience leading change and influencing cross-functional teams within a matrix organisation. 

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the confidence to challenge and influence at all levels. 

• Analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to convert insight into commercial decisions. 

• Experience within Consumer Healthcare, Health & Beauty or FMCG is highly desirable. 
• Excellent written and spoken German and English

• Knowledge of Revenue Growth Management (RGM/NRM), omnichannel retail and Amazon would be advantageous.
