Au sein d'un établissement pour personnes âgées, vous contribuerez à garantir des soins adaptés, continus et sécurisés aux résidents - Vous évaluerez l'état de santé des résidents et mettrez en œuvre les soins prescrits - Vous coordonnerez les interventions avec l'équipe soignante et veillerez à la continuité des prises en charge - Vous accompagnerez les résidents et leurs proches en favorisant le respect, le confort et l'autonomie

- Vous détenez le Diplôme d'État d'Infirmier et êtes inscrit·e à l'Ordre national
- Vous assurez des soins sécurisés, adaptés aux besoins spécifiques des résidents
- Vous faites preuve d'écoute, d'empathie et de respect envers chaque personne accompagnée
- Vous collaborez efficacement avec les équipes pluridisciplinaires de l'établissement
