Notre consultant WMS est appelé à jouer un rôle de conseiller auprès de nos clients pour:
- Résoudre la conception technique des demandes de nos clients
- Développer des améliorations complexes de nos plateformes existantes
- Enquêter sur les problèmes et corriger les erreurs
- Réaliser des projets de mise en œuvre réussis
Au quotidien, vous devrez :
- Contribuer à l'analyse en collaboration avec les développeurs, les programmeurs et les concepteurs pour identifier la source principale des problèmes de systèmes et les possibilités de solutions appropriées.
- Configurer, entretenir et soutenir les installations existantes de nos solutions logicielles WMS.
- Rechercher, identifier, analyser et répondre aux besoins de tous les utilisateurs du programme.
- Assurer la liaison avec les clients afin d'identifier la source des problèmes.
- Effectuer des recherches sur les produits logiciels, les langages, les bases de données et les données système afin d'identifier et de résoudre les problèmes.
Pour être qualifié, vous devez :
- Être titulaire d'un BS/BA en ingénierie, en chaîne d'approvisionnement ou d'un diplôme équivalent.
- Comprendre les WMS et les meilleures pratiques opérationnelles.Vous avez de l'expérience avec les logiciels d'entreprise pour les opérations (ERP, WMS, TMS, MES).

- une forte capacité à résoudre les problèmes
- Compétences supérieures en matière de communication orale et écrite et de présentation
- Souci du détail et de la qualité
- Capacité à gérer simultanément plusieurs missions avec peu d'encadrement
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante dans un environnement ambigu avec des délais serrés.
- Permis de conduire valide
- Disponibilité à voyager jusqu'à 50% du temps au Canada et aux États-Unis
- Être disponible pour répondre au client en dehors des heures normales de travail en rotation avec l'équipe
- Bilinguisme dans les langues officielles (français et anglais) pour service les clients hors Québec

What’s your role:
Our WMS Consultant is expected to act as a counsellor to our customers for :
- Solutioning technical design of our customers’ requests
- Developing complex enhancements to our existing platforms
- Investigating issues and fixing errors
- Delivering successful implementation projects
Day-to-day you will:
- Analyze and collaborate with developers, programmers, and designers in identifying the core source of systems issues and for the appropriate solution possibilities
- Configure, maintain, and support existing installations of our WMS software solutions.
- Research, identify, analyze, and fulfill requirements of all program users.
- Liaise with customers to identify the source of issues
- Conduct research issues as they relate to software products, languages, databases, and system data to identify and resolve issues
- Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and upgrades
- Monitor and test fixes to ensure problems have been resolved for reported issues
To Qualify you have:
- You have a BS/BA, Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent degree
- You understand WMS and operational best practices.
- Experience with business software for operations (ERP, WMS, TMS, MES)

- Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously with limited guidance
- Comfort working independently in an ambiguous environment with pressing deadlines
- Valid Driver’s license
- Capacity to travel up to 50% of the time in Canada and USA
