Deine Rolle
Du übernimmst in Projekten eigenständig Verantwortung und arbeitest an strategischen Fragestellungen unserer Kund:innen.
Im Detail bedeutet das:
Du analysierst strategische und organisatorische Fragestellungen und entwickelst gemeinsam mit Deinem Team strukturierte und umsetzbare Lösungen
Du strukturierst komplexe Problemstellungen, wertest Daten aus und leitest fundierte Handlungsempfehlungen ab (z. B. Benchmarks, Abweichungsanalysen)
Du präsentierst Ergebnisse und arbeitest mit Stakeholder:innen auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen
Du übernimmst eigenständig Arbeitspakete und trägst Verantwortung für deren Umsetzung
Du baust Dir ein eigenes Netzwerk bei Kund:innen auf und entwickelst Deine Rolle im Projektteam weiter
Du bringst Dich in interne Themen ein und unterstützt den Aufbau von Wissen innerhalb des Unternehmens

Dein Profil
Du hast mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung in der Management- oder Strategieberatung
Du hast bereits eigenständig an Projekten oder Teilprojekten gearbeitet
Du hast ein überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenes Studium mit wirtschaftlichem oder technischem Schwerpunkt
Du strukturierst komplexe Themen schnell und arbeitest lösungsorientiert
Du kommunizierst sicher und trittst auch in Kundensituationen souverän auf
Du bist bereit, Verantwortung für Deine Themen zu übernehmen und diese voranzutreiben
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Du bist bereit, im Rahmen von Projekten zu reisen
