Unsere mehr als 380 Mitarbeiter*innen sind so einzigartig wie die Menschen, die wir im Alltag begleiten. Damit diese vielfältigen Aufgaben gut gelingen, suchen wir zur Unterstützung unseres Teams der Offenen Sozialarbeit - Winternotübernachtung Evas Haltestelle - von Oktober 2026 bis April 2027 engagierte
Werkstudentinnen und Hilfskräfte (w/m/d).
Welche Aufgaben erwarten Dich bei uns?
Durchführung der Winternotübernachtung für Frauen im Rahmen der Berliner Kältehilfe
Einlass und Aufnahme neuer Besucherinnen sowie Betreuung bis zum nächsten Morgen
Koordination der Wasch- und Duschtermine, sowie der Bettenverteilung
Koordination der Essensvor- und Nachbereitung und den Reinigungsaufgaben
Deeskalation von Konflikten, Kriseneinsatz
Dokumentation und Erstellung eines Protokolls
Bei Beratungsbedarf Weitervermittlung an die Sozialarbeiterinnen des Tagdienstes
Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Dienstrunden und Fortbildungsangeboten
Übergabe an die sozialpädagogischen Fachkräfte am Morgen
Was zeichnet Dich aus?
Du hast an mindestens vier Nächten im Monat von 18 bis 8 Uhr Zeit
Interesse an der Arbeit mit obdachlosen Frauen, eventuell auch Vorerfahrungen
Fähigkeit zum selbständigen Arbeiten, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Einsatzbereitschaft
Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in der Nacht, an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
Bereitschaft zum Einspringen bei Bedarf
Nachweis der Infektionsschutzbelehrung nach §§ 42, 43 IfSG („Rote Karte“)
Sofern Du als Werkstudentin (w/m/d) bei uns arbeiten möchtest, benötigen wir eine aktuelle Immatrikulationsbescheinigung
