Au sein d'un établissement de soins de suite et réadaptation, vous contribuez au rétablissement et à l'autonomie des personnes soignées - Vous évaluez l'état de santé, planifiez et dispensez les soins, puis surveillez l'évolution clinique selon les objectifs de rééducation - Vous collaborez avec l'équipe pluridisciplinaire afin d'élaborer et d'ajuster chaque projet de rééducation personnalisé - Vous accompagnez les personnes soignées et leur entourage par l'éducation thérapeutique afin de préparer un retour à domicile autonome

- Vous détenez le Diplôme d'État d'Infirmier et maîtrisez les soins infirmiers courants
- Vous évaluez l'état clinique et adaptez les soins aux objectifs de rééducation
- Vous collaborez efficacement avec les professionnel·les de l'équipe pluridisciplinaire
- Vous transmettez des conseils adaptés aux patients et à leur entourage pour favoriser l'autonomie
