Au sein d'un établissement clinique, vous contribuerez à la continuité des soins et au bien-être des patientes et patients - Vous réaliserez les soins prescrits, surveillerez l'état clinique et garantirez la traçabilité des interventions - Vous coordonnerez les échanges avec l'équipe médicale et participerez à l'élaboration des projets de soins personnalisés - Vous accompagnerez les patientes et patients, informerez leurs proches et veillerez au respect des protocoles d'hygiène

Nous recherchons des personnes pour assurer des remplacements ponctuels et urgents, au sein d'un service de chirurgie dans une clinique à Laval.
