Wat bieden wij jou?
- Een contract voor 40 uur per week;
- Startsalaris vanaf €2650 bruto per maand o.b.v. 40 uur per week;

Wat je gaat doen als Sales Merchandiser:
Als Sales Merchandiser bezoek je dagelijks supermarkten en out-of-home locaties in Zuid-Holland om de zichtbaarheid én verkoop van grote A-merken zoals Mars positief te beïnvloeden. In deze rol maak je impact door het opzetten van sterke product presentaties in combinatie met POS-materialen zoals banners en displays.
Je gaat in gesprek met ondernemers, bedrijfsleiders, afdelingsmanagers etc. over de introductie en distributie van nieuwe producten. Je ontvangt coaching en begeleiding vanuit onze Sales Academy en krijgt de kans om je rol steeds verder uit te breiden naar een winkel accountmanagement functie. Zo groei je steeds verder door van merchandising taken naar salesgericht winkel accountmanagement.
Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- Zelfstandig plannen en uitvoeren van winkelbezoeken en verkoopgesprekken, gericht op productintroducties en het vergroten van merkzichtbaarheid.
- Opbouwen en onderhouden van klantrelaties, met als doel de distributie en promotie van A-merken te versterken in jouw regio.
- Creatief inzetten van point-of-sale / reclame materialen.
Wie zoeken wij:
- Je bent sociaal ingesteld, legt makkelijk contacten en geniet van een rol waarin je zelfstandig kunt werken maar ook veel onder de mensen bent.
- Je kunt jezelf goed presenteren en bent in staat om mensen te overtuigen.
- Je werkt graag doelgericht en streeft daarbij naar het beste resultaat.
- Ervaring in een supermarkt of retailomgeving is een pré;
- Je hebt een rijbewijs B en beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed.
- Je woont in de regio Zuid-Holland. Bijvoorbeeld in de omgeving van Leiden, Den Haag
