YOUR NEW ROLE

This is an ideal next step for a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant or Team Leader ready to move into a broader leadership position, combining hands-on case work with people leadership, business growth, and regional service delivery.
You'll lead a team of approximately 8, working closely with senior management to drive outcomes, quality, and growth across your region. The role includes regular travel, with 1-2 overnights per week visiting different regional areas.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Oversee case management activity across your region, ensuring strong return-to-work outcomes and timely action on priority cases.
- Personally manage a billable caseload alongside your leadership responsibilities.
- Conduct quality assurance and file reviews, and oversee service delivery standards across the region.
- Mentor, coach, and support regional consultants and team leaders, including accompanying them to meetings with agents, employers, and treaters.
- Manage complaints and stakeholder relationships in conjunction with senior management.
- Actively contribute to recruitment, appraisals, and performance management in partnership with HR.
- Contribute to marketing and growth of the company's services within your region.
- Perform occupational rehabilitation, case management, or private consulting services in line with WorkSafe standards.
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in occupational rehabilitation is essential, ideally as a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant or Team Leader looking for your next career step.
- Full registration with a relevant professional body: Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Nurse, Chiropractor, Osteopath, Paramedic, Psychologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Exercise Physiologist.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to grow and mentor a team.
- Proven ability to build and grow strong customer relationships.
- Experience within employment services and/or recruitment (desirable).
- Sound knowledge of Workers' Compensation and injury management.
- Advanced communication skills, strong time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness and ability to travel regionally, including 1-2 overnight stays per week.
WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING WITH US
- Join the leadership group and have a real say in team and regional strategy.
- Be part of a supportive, values-driven culture (customer service, quality, outcomes, teamwork).
- Genuine variety across case management, leadership, recruitment, and business development.
- Explore different regions each week and build relationships across a broad network.
- Contribute to new product development and training initiatives.
- Work as part of Altius Group, with opportunities for collaboration across a national business.
At Nabenet, we value diversity and are an equal opportunity employer. We encourage applications from all backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people with disabilities, and people from culturally diverse backgrounds.
If you're ready to take the next step in your career and join a supportive, dynamic team, we'd love to hear from you.
