Position: Casual Admin Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Admin Assistant to join our team on a casual basis, working 2-3 days per week between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. This is a fully onsite role based in our Hawthorn office. Monday, Thursday, and Friday availability would be ideal, along with some flexibility to provide occasional extra coverage for leave here and there. This role is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service, looking for flexibility around other commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of administrative and office duties, including answering telephone queries, maintaining files, making appointments for injured workers with consultants, creating and managing files (both electronic and paper), handling funding requests, and assisting Consultants with report production.
- Schedule appointments for the team in line with our administration manual and service level agreements.
- Monitor and action emails.
- Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders, ensuring a professional and helpful approach.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience in office administration.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and a quick learner of new systems.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
- Availability on Monday, Thursday and Friday is ideal, with some flexibility to assist with occasional leave coverage.
- Comfortable working fully onsite in our Hawthorn office.
- Experience or knowledge in Workers' Compensation or Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is highly regarded.
