Ton rôle et ton équipe :
Nous sommes une équipe dynamique et agile et nous cherchons une personne n’ayant pas peur des défis. Tes idées et propositions seront toujours les bienvenues et tu pourras compter sur nous pour te former et te supporter tout au long de la session.
Tu occuperas un rôle de soutien auprès de notre équipe de recrutement. Tu auras également la chance de travailler étroitement avec d’autres équipes dans le département des ressources humaines qui compte plus de 25 professionnels.
Tes responsabilités :
- Coordonner la logistique des entrevues et maintenir une communication entre candidats et recruteurs.
- Effectuer toutes les tâches administratives liées à la gestion des employés (mise à jour des systèmes RH et des dossiers des employés, gestion des départs et des modifications dans les systèmes de l’entreprise, etc.)
- Préparer divers courriers d’emploi demandés (attestations d’emploi, documents de probation des employés, documents de visa, etc.)
- Veiller à la mise à jour de la base de données RHIS (Microsoft Dynamics365)
- Aider au développement et à la mise en œuvre des initiatives, politiques et procédures RH
- Apporter son soutien au coordinateur(trice) du recrutement si nécessaire
- Animer l'orientation hebdomadaire des nouveaux employés à tour de rôle
- Exécuter diverses tâches administratives ponctuelles liées aux ressources humaines
Les compétences que tu dois posséder :
- Être en train de compléter un DEC ou BAC en administration des affaires, option ressources humaines ou formation équivalente
- Être bilingue : français et anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
- Avoir un bon sens du jugement et des solides aptitudes à travailler sur plusieurs dossiers simultanément tout en respectant des échéanciers serrés
- Avoir un bon sens de l’organisation et de la priorisation des tâches
- Maîtriser la suite MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Avoir un esprit d’équipe et une facilité d’entraide
- Être apte à s'adapter rapidement dans un environnement dynamique

Your role and your team:
We are a dynamic and agile team and we are looking for someone who is not afraid of challenges. Your ideas and suggestions are always welcome and you can count on us to train and support you throughout the session.
You'll be supporting our recruitment team. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with other teams in the Human Resources department which is comprised of over 25 professionals.
Your day at a glance:
- Coordinate interview logistics and maintain communication between candidates and recruiters.
- Perform all administrative duties related to employee administration (maintain HR systems and employee files, employee terminations, and changes in company systems etc.)
- Prepare a variety of requested employment letters (confirmation of employment, employee probation documentation, visa documentation, etc.)
- Ensure that the HRIS (Microsoft Dynamics365) database is updated
- Assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives, policies, and procedures
- Help the Recruitment Coordinator as needed
- Lead the weekly new employee orientation on a rotational basis
- Execute various adhoc Human Resources related administrative task
What makes you a great fit:
- College diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources option, or equivalent training in progress
- Bilingual: French and English, both oral and written
- Good judgment and strong ability to work on multiple files simultaneously, under tight deadlines
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good team player and ability to help others
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
