- Supporto alla preparazione delle richieste di acquisto, preparazione proposte tecniche/commerciali;
- Preparazione della tabulazione commerciale/economica per confrontare le diverse proposte;
- Gestione Ordini d’Acquisto;
- Verifica della gestione amministrativa (ciclo passivo) per le attività di competenza;
- Monitoraggio ordini in consegna e aggiornamento delle date previste ed alert per eventuali situazioni critiche Requisiti: - Laurea in Economia/Giurisprudenza/Scienze Politiche/Ingegneria o Diploma in discipline tecniche o scientifiche;
- Elementi di budget;
- Conoscenza del ciclo passivo;
- Conoscenza del processo d’acquisto ed approvvigionamento beni e servizi;
- Esperienza in Uffici Contratti/Appalti Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno
