Humangest Spa, Società specializzata nella Ricerca e Selezione del personale, per azienda cliente operante nel settore dell'aviazione civile, ricerca un/a Operatore di rampa aeroportuale La figura si occuperà si occuperà della movimentazione e utilizzo dei principali mezzi aeroportuali necessari all'assistenza degli aeromobili durante le soste in pista. Il ruolo prevede attività operative in pista, nel pieno rispetto delle procedure di safety aeroportuale e delle normative vigenti. La selezione è aperta a candidature di qualsiasi genere, età, orientamento, provenienza e background, nel rispetto dei principi di pari opportunità e inclusione Condizioni preassuntive. Le risorse selezionate parteciperanno a un Percorso Pre-Assuntivo obbligatorio, propedeutico anche all'ottenimento del Tesserino Aeroportuale. L'avvio è previsto tra il 14 al 25 Settembre con una durata complessiva di 5 giorni: 1 giornata di Security Aeroportuale (necessaria per il rilascio del Tesserino Aeroportuale) 2 giornate Salute e Sicurezza – D.Lgs. 81/08 2 giornate per il conseguimento del Patentino Aeroportuale Dopo l'assunzione sono previste 2 settimane di on the job (OTJ) e ulteriori giornate di aula di approfondimento. Offriamo: Al termine del corso e del suo superamento, si offre contratto a tempo determinato di 4 mesi con possibilità di stabilizzazione a Tempo Indeterminato Retribuzione: 8 Livello CCNL Assohandler Orario del corso: full time giornaliero Orario di lavoro: Part-Time 30 ore settimanali con turnazione H24, 7 giorni su 7, su turni da 6 ore con 2 giorni di riposo a rotazione La selezione avverrà previa informativa sulla protezione dei dati ai sensi degli artt. 13 e 14 Reg.
