Senior Executive, Corporate Secretariat
Vouch is partnering with a leading multinational organisation to hire a Corporate Secretariat & Governance professional to join its corporate governance team.
You’ll play a key part in supporting the Corporate Secretarial Manager and Company Secretary across day-to-day governance work, while also helping to shape how our secretariat function embraces automation and smarter ways of working.
Responsibilities:- Support Board and management meetings, including preparation of agendas, papers, minutes, resolutions and related documentation.
- Manage statutory records, filings and corporate governance documentation across the organisation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure governance activities and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time.
- Identify opportunities to streamline corporate secretarial processes through automation, digital tools and AI solutions.
- Support implementation of new technologies, including process mapping, user adoption, training and measuring improvement outcomes.
- 3-6 years of relevant corporate secretarial working experience, with a strong understanding of statutory requirements.
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline; Chartered Secretary/ CGP qualification will be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisation and ability to manage confidential information.
- Good analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Interest or experience in process improvement, digitalization, automation or AI will be an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office, Viewpoint, Diligent Boards, and OrgPlus is a plus
- Gain exposure to Board governance, corporate compliance, and enterprise-level stakeholder management within a large multinational environment.
- Grow beyond traditional company secretarial work and help modernise how the function operates .
- Budget: $3,500 - $5,000 + AWS + VB
