3D visualizar + ID designer
Studio 1, a leading firm in the Architecture & Planning industry, is seeking a talented and creative 3D Visualizer + Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about bringing architectural concepts to life through advanced 3D visualization techniques while also possessing a keen eye for interior design. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, planners, and clients to create stunning visual representations that effectively communicate design intent and enhance project presentations. You will be responsible for developing high-quality 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs that capture the essence of the space, materials, lighting, and furniture. Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and animations that effectively communicate architectural and interior design concepts.
- Collaborate closely with architects, planners, and interior designers to develop visual content aligned with project goals and client expectations.
- Design interior layouts, select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures to complement architectural designs and enhance spatial experiences.
- Prepare detailed presentation materials and mood boards to support client meetings and design reviews.
- Stay updated with the latest 3D software, visualization techniques, and design trends to maintain innovative outputs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality and accuracy.
- Revise and adapt visualizations and interior designs based on feedback from internal teams and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Proven experience as a 3D visualizer and interior designer within the architecture or planning industry.
- Proficiency in 3D visualization software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, or equivalent.
- Strong skills in rendering engines like V-Ray, Corona, or Lumion to produce photorealistic images.
- Excellent understanding of interior design principles, materials, and spatial planning.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate them into compelling 3D visuals.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
