Private Equity „Intern to Analyst“-Programm (m/w/d) - Einstiegsperspektive im PE

Unser unternehmerisches „Intern to Analyst“-Programm bietet einen Einstieg ins Private Equity über die operative Seite, aufgebaut in drei Phasen mit dem klaren Ziel einer Festanstellung. Wir suchen unternehmerische Charaktere am Ende ihres Masterstudiums: Du startest bei CAPCELLENCE im Investmentteam in Hamburg, dann operativ in einem unserer Portfoliounternehmen, danach fest im Portfoliounternehmen, wenn du überzeugst. Die Übernahme ist das klare Ziel. Ein Start ist grundsätzlich zu jedem Quartalsstart ab Q1 2027 möglich.
Aufgaben
- Phase A: 3 Monate Praktikum Hamburg (Intern Private Equity): Du arbeitest als vollwertiges Teammitglied an echten Deals mit (Due Diligence, Financial Modeling, Markt- und Unternehmensanalysen). Zudem sehr aktive Einbindung in der Portfoliosteuerung und Wertsteigerungsprojekten. Marktübliches Praktikumsgehalt.
- Phase B: 3 Monate Praktikum Portfolio (Intern Portfolio Analyst): Du gehst operativ in eines unserer Plattform-unternehmen, zum Beispiel AUTOLIFT oder NARR, und arbeitest direkt mit dem C-Level zusammen. Du begleitest in Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung und dem Investmentteam vielseitige Veränderungsprojekten im Unternehmen. Marktübliches Praktikumsgehalt.
- Phase C: Festanstellung Portfolio (Private Equity Portfolio Analyst): Bei guter Performance wirst du die Schnittstelle zwischen Investmentteam und Portfolio-Geschäftsführung, festangestellt im Portfoliounternehmen. Du schaffst aktiv Wert im Unternehmen und führst eigenständig als Teil der Geschäftsleitung Veränderungsprojekte, von Vertrieb über Einkauf, Produktion oder Finanzen. Du begleitest zudem aktiv die Akquisition- und Integrationsphase von Zukäufen. Marktübliches Einstiegsgehalt und Partizipation über Exitbonus beim Verkauf.
Qualifikation
Du stehst kurz vor dem Abschluss deines Masterstudiums und hast bereits in der Beratung und/oder auf der PE- bzw. Investmentseite gearbeitet. Diese Erfahrung setzen wir voraus. Vor allem aber suchen wir unternehmerische Charaktere mit ausgeprägtem Business Sense: Leute, die Zusammenhänge schnell erfassen, wirtschaftlich denken, Projekte managen können und Dinge selbst ins Laufen bringen. Dazu sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, sehr gutes Excel und die Bereitschaft, ab Phase 2 flexibel am Standort eines Portfoliounternehmens im DACH-Raum zu arbeiten.

- Investmentkriterien: Umsatz über 15 Mio. € und EBITDA von 1 bis 5 Mio. €, Mehrheiten, Primary-Deal-Situationen (Nachfolge und Carve-outs), Hauptsitz in der DACH-Region. Für unsere Plattformen kaufen wir zudem aktiv zu.
- Einsatzorte: Deine möglichen Einsatzorte sind unter anderem die NARR-Gruppe (maßgeschneiderte Kühlräume – 1h von Stuttgart) und die AUTOLIFT-Gruppe (Hebeanlagen für Schienenfahrzeuge – Salzburg). Der Einsatzort wird im Vorfeld gemeinsam abgestimmt.
