Online Marketing- / Social Media Assitent/in (m/w/d)
Das HRM Institute konzipiert, organisiert und realisiert Live- und Digital-Formate im In- und Ausland: Fachmessen, Expofestivals und Online-Konferenzen zu den Themen Personalmanagement, Recruiting, Learning & Development, Retention, Staffing, Arbeitssicherheit, Sicherheit & Corporate Fashion.
Für unsere Projektleiter/innen bist Du der wichtigste Ansprechpartner in Bezug auf die Fachbesucher-Kommunikation "ihrer" Veranstaltungen und Projekte.
Wir sind ein agiles Unternehmen, mit derzeit ca. 35 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern am Standort Mannheim, das wir kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln.

Aufgaben
Deine Aufgabe ist es unter anderem die Reichweite und Teilnehmerzahlen kontinuierlich aus- und aufzubauen.
Dazu zählt:
- Erstellung und zielgruppengerechter Versand von Newsletter zur Steigerung unserer Reichweite
- Erstellung von Online und Social Media Kampagnen in Meta, Facebook, Google, Linkedin, etc.
- Social Media Automatisierung zur zielgerichteten Steigerung unserer Reichweite
- Erstellung und Steuerung von Geo-Targeting Kampagnien sowie von Youtube- und Video-Kampagnien
- Erfolgsmessung und Optimierung der Kampagnen
- Eigenständige Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Retageting Maßnahmen
- Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleitleistern
Qualifikation
- Du hast idealerweise eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium Online oder Social Media Marketing
- Praktische Erfahrung im Online und Social Media Marketing sowie bei der Erstellung und Steuerung von Newslettern
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit gängigen Tools wie Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console
- Kenntnisse in einem Content Management System wie z.B. Wordpress
Wir setzen nicht die Erfahrung in allen angesprochenen Plattformen und Kanälen voraus, aber du solltest fundierte Kenntnisse in einigen Bereichen haben und bereit sein diese auszubauen.
