Aufgaben
Sie unterstützen uns an unserem Standort in Itzehoe bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres CRM-Systems Salesforce, koordinieren Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen und arbeiten bei Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten mit unseren IT-Dienstleistern zusammen. Darüber hinaus analysieren und optimieren Sie Geschäftsprozesse, entwickeln Workflows mit Microsoft 365 und Power Automate, erstellen Auswertungen und Reports und unterstützen bei der Einführung und Entwicklung KI-gestützter Prozesse u.a. auf Basis des Microsoft-Copiloten. Dabei entwickelnSie sich zu einer wichtigen internen Ansprechperson für unsere zentralen Geschäftsprozesse und Systeme.
Qualifikation
Sie verfügen idealerweise über eine kaufmännische, organisatorische oder informationstechnische Ausbildung bzw.ein entsprechendes Studium. Sie arbeiten strukturiert und selbstständig, interessieren sich für Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und künstliche Intelligenz (KI) und verfügen über Organisationsstärke sowie analytisches Denkvermögen. Erfahrungen mit CRM-Systemen, Projekt- oder Prozessmanagement sowie Microsoft 365, Power Automate oder Copilot sind von Vorteil.
