  • Lead and coordinate pre-event kick-off calls with the onsite teams to train and prepare for a successful in-person selling experience.

  • Own the post-event lead lifecycle, including timely data entry, assigning leads to Sales, and ensuring immediate post-show follow-up.

  • Coordinate pre- and post-show email marketing campaigns in partnership with the Growth Marketing team to drive stand traffic and nurture leads.

  • Oversee onsite operations during trade shows, ensuring all activities run according to schedule.

  • Track and reconcile event expenses to ensure events stay within their allocated budgets.

  • Recommend trade show and sponsorship opportunities based on budget and schedule availability.

  • Assist with building and maintaining a centralised event playbook, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and packing lists to streamline planning for future events.

  • Track and analyse trade show performance to shape future planning in partnership with the Sr Event Manager, EMEA.

  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales to achieve benchmarked ROI metrics.

  • Support with larger tier 1 & 2 trade shows including onsite management, pre and post event logistics to maximise Dandy’s presence.

  • Proven success planning and managing trade shows and experience with field events.

  • Exceptional project management skills - highly organised, detail focused and results-driven with the ability to thrive while working on multiple projects at once

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English (additional European languages a plus)

  • A passion for creating world-class brand experiences that drive growth and loyalty

Bonus Points For
