Join Kody as a Product Manager, where you will play a key role in shaping and executing our product vision in the payments space. You will manage multiple product streams related to payments, finance, and loyalty, working closely with engineering, customer success, and commercial teams to deliver exceptional value to our customers.

This is a senior-level position that requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and technically savvy product leader who thrives on digging into the minutiae of product development and decision-making. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex environment with limited up-to-date documentation and high expectations for making independent decisions quickly. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to own every product detail, maintain prioritization clarity, and engage all stakeholders effectively.

You will have the freedom and responsibility to focus on the activities that drive the highest commercial impact.

  • At least 5 years of product management experience, with a strong background in payments, FinTech, or related financial services.
  • Proven capability to lead product streams end-to-end with ownership of product details and priorities.
  • Technical proficiency, ideally with experience coding or working closely with engineering teams.
  • Experience managing supplier contracts, pricing agreements, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent customer collaboration skills, with experience working closely with enterprise clients to understand their needs and translate these into product improvements.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to align product efforts with commercial objectives.
  • Data-driven mindset, using analytics to guide product decisions and improve performance continuously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, complex environment and to make rapid, confident decisions independently.

  • Lead a dynamic and innovative team in a rapidly growing company globally
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Opportunities for career growth in leadership and strategy.
  • Collaborative, inclusive environment where your contributions are recognised and valued.
