Meta Ads Launch Assistant

To support that growth, we’re looking for a Meta Ads Launch Assistant who can launch ads quickly, accurately, and consistently across our accounts.
You’ll work closely with our Media Buying team.

What you'll actually do:
- Launch Meta ads daily from Monday through Saturday.
- Push ads live within 24 hours of being added to the “Ready to Launch” board.
- Use AdManage and our existing templates to launch campaigns efficiently.
- Check every URL, Facebook page, ad copy, campaign name, and setting before launch.
- Follow structured campaign naming conventions.
- Update launch status and task progress in ClickUp.
- Flag missing information or blockers immediately.
- Maintain consistent accuracy across a high volume of launches.
Who we're NOT looking for:
- Less than one year of Meta ad-launching experience.
- Poor English communication.
- Frequent launch errors.
- Unable to meet the 24-hour deadline or work Monday-Saturday.
Who we ARE looking for:
- 1–2 years of Meta ad-launching experience.
- Experience with AdManage or similar tools.
- Fluent English and strong attention to detail.
- Reliable Monday - Saturday availability with full ownership of launches.
