Responsabilités
- Assurer une présence continue à l’entrée de l’hôtel durant les heures d’opération
- Accueillir les clients de façon professionnelle et leur offrir une assistance immédiate
- Stationner, récupérer et remettre les véhicules des clients de manière sécuritaire
- Effectuer des inspections visuelles des véhicules et signaler tout dommage existant
- Aider les clients avec leurs bagages et gérer l’espace d’entreposage au besoin
- Communiquer efficacement avec les superviseurs concernant le flux des véhicules ou les délais
- Maintenir la propreté et l’ordre à l’entrée de l’hôtel et aux alentours
- Respecter toutes les procédures de sécurité, incluant celles liées aux conditions hivernales
- Adopter en tout temps un comportement professionnel, ponctuel et respectueux
- Appuyer la direction dans diverses tâches opérationnelles au besoin

Role Summary
The Valet Attendant is a front-line representative responsible for delivering a smooth, safe, and professional arrival and departure experience for hotel guests. This role requires a constant presence at the hotel entrance, strong attention to safety, and proactive guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain continuous door presence during operational hours
- Greet guests professionally and provide immediate assistance upon arrival and departure
- Safely park, retrieve, and return guest vehicles following valet procedures
- Perform visual vehicle checks and report any pre-existing damage
- Assist guests with luggage and manage luggage storage when required
- Communicate clearly with supervisors regarding vehicle flow or delays
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the hotel entrance and surrounding areas
- Follow all safety procedures, including winter and hazard prevention
- Uphold professional conduct, punctuality, and service standards at all times

What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- The candidate must currently reside in Canada.
- the candidate must be 23 years of age or older for insurance purposes.
- Skilled in both automatic and manual transmission
- Bilingualism (French-English) is mandatory to ensure smooth communication with customers and the team
- Strong communication abilities
- Comfortable working in a high-paced, dynamic setting
- Physically able to stand for extended period.
- On-call availability: Monday to Wednesday or /and Thursday to Sunday
