Marketing Account Executive
About Us: Platinumlist is the Middle East's leading online ticketing and entertainment platform. Founded in Dubai in 2009 and bootstrapped from roughly $10k, we now serve 9M+ registered users across MENA and have ticketed over 100,000 events to date. In 2025 alone the platform drew 34M+ visitors (+31% YoY) and sold 10M+ tickets (+38% YoY) across 7,400+ events and experiences.
We operate across five product categories — Entertainment Events, Attractions & Experiences, Sports Events Registration, Business Events Registration, and Venue Ticketing Solutions — with 250+ staff and offices in Dubai, Riyadh, Muscat, Manama and Doha.
Paid media is a direct revenue channel for us, not a brand exercise. Every dirham spent is measured against tickets sold.
Your Role: We are looking for a proactive Marketing Account Executive to support the Marketing Account Manager with the day-to-day coordination of accounts and delivery of our Marketing Services.
In this role, you will help keep projects and campaigns moving by coordinating with internal teams, managing timelines and follow-ups, communicating organiser feedback, and ensuring agreed actions and deliverables are progressed accordingly. You will support a range of Marketing Services including digital advertising, CRM, creative solutions, landing pages and other marketing activations for event organisers and attractions across UAE.
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our digital marketing, CRM, content, design and other internal teams, while also supporting organiser communications where required.
Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and share clear briefs, requirements, timelines and supporting materials with relevant internal teams.
- Monitor the progress of Marketing Services deliverables and follow up with internal teams to ensure actions are completed on time.
- Communicate organiser feedback, requests and updates to the relevant teams and follow up to ensure agreed changes are actioned accordingly.
- Maintain organised trackers, timelines and action lists for ongoing accounts and Marketing Services activities.
- Support the preparation of campaign and Marketing Services plans, proposals, presentations, activation schedules and other client-facing materials.
- Gather updates, performance information and reporting from internal teams and support the preparation of organiser updates and reports.
- Follow up on outstanding creatives, approvals, event information and other materials required from organisers.
- Support communication with organisers where required, including routine updates, follow-ups and requests for information or materials.
- Assist with the coordination of selected smaller organiser accounts where appropriate and under the guidance of the Marketing Account Manager.
- Support meeting preparation, take note of key actions where required and follow up on agreed next steps.
- Ensure account information, briefs, creatives, approvals, reports and other relevant documentation are organised and kept up to date.
- Flag delays, issues, client concerns or outstanding requirements to the Marketing Account Manager in a timely manner.
- Provide general coordination and administrative support to the Marketing Account Manager and wider Marketing Services team as required.
Must have:
- 1–3 years of experience in events, marketing, client servicing, media sales, business development, or a related field.
- Understanding of digital marketing platforms and channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and CRM.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to take initiative and keep tasks moving.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and effectively manage internal follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and the ability to support the preparation of proposals and presentations.
- Experience in the events, entertainment, or ticketing industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic or Russian is an advantage.
Nice to have:
- Exposure to performance-based marketing campaigns and an understanding of key campaign metrics.
