Check us out! https://holisticon.pl/holisticon-insight/ We are looking for an AI Program Manager with experience in AI-assisted software development platforms and stakeholder management to join our client's project in the outdoor power equipment industry. In this role, you will work at the forefront of AI-powered software engineering technology, collaborating closely with customers to create high impact, data driven solutions. In this role you will: Own and coordinate AI-assisted software development platforms, including GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and future AI engineering productivity solutions. Lead platform rollout and adoption activities, define onboarding processes, manage stakeholder engagement, and drive user satisfaction. Manage the enterprise deployment and operational lifecycle of Claude Code and GitHub Copilot, including license allocation, utilization tracking, and governance processes. Collaborate with ServiceNow teams, IT Service Portfolio, Procurement, Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, Security, Compliance, and engineering communities to improve operating processes and service delivery. Streamline request management and support automation of allocation, approval, and service workflows. Establish and manage cost allocation processes, support chargeback models, track tool consumption, and provide budgeting forecasts and ROI insights. Create and maintain training materials, conduct onboarding sessions, deliver workshops, and promote AI-assisted development best practices. Monitor developments across the Anthropic ecosystem, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft AI capabilities, open-source coding assistants, and enterprise AI development platforms. Evaluate emerging AI engineering solutions through proof-of-concepts, business case development, security assessments, and strategic recommendations. Drive continuous improvement through user feedback, productivity measurements, adoption metrics, cost analysis, and operational reviews. Act as a trusted advisor to software engineering teams on integrating AI-assisted development tools into modern software delivery practices. Establish best practices and guardrails for AI-assisted software design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, code review, and software delivery workflows. Coach development teams and engineering leaders on maximizing productivity while maintaining code quality, security, scalability, and engineering standards. Support the evolution of software engineering organizations toward AI-augmented and AI-native software delivery models. You might be the perfect match if you possess the following competencies: Proven experience in project, product, service, or platform management within software engineering or developer productivity environments. Strong understanding of AI-assisted software development tools, especially GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or comparable AI coding assistants. Experience driving enterprise-scale technology rollouts, adoption programs, change management initiatives, and user enablement activities. Knowledge of software development lifecycle practices, engineering governance, developer experience, and modern software delivery methodologies. Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including Engineering, Architecture, Security, Procurement, Operations, and Business Leadership teams. Ability to analyze tool usage, licensing, adoption metrics, costs, and business value realization. Understanding of AI, LLMs, agentic software engineering concepts, and emerging trends in AI-native development. Experience preparing training materials, facilitating workshops, and supporting organizational adoption of new technologies. Familiarity with enterprise governance, compliance, security requirements, and vendor management processes. Strong communication, facilitation, and consulting skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels. Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders. Excellent English communication skills and location of candidate in Poland or other EU country.
