Dein zukünftiges Team
Als Werkstudent*in im Bereich Produktentwicklung unterstützt du uns dabei, Daten aus internen Systemen sowie aus unserem Krankenhausinformationssystem M-KIS zu analysieren, aufzubereiten und in verständliche Reports und Dashboards zu übersetzen. Dabei arbeitest du an der Schnittstelle von IT, Fachbereichen und weiteren Stakeholdern und kannst dein Wissen aus dem Studium direkt in der Praxis anwenden. Du wirst von erfahrenen Kolleg*innen eingearbeitet und begleitet. So kannst du Schritt für Schritt mehr Verantwortung übernehmen und eigene Themen rund um Datenanalyse, Reporting und Business Intelligence in der Healthcare-IT bearbeiten.
Das erwartet dich bei uns
- Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen, IT und weiteren Stakeholdern und übersetzt Anforderungen in aussagekräftige Reports und Dashboards
- Du unterstützt bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Reports und Dashboards mit Power BI
- Du analysierst und bereitest Daten aus unterschiedlichen Quellsystemen auf, z. B. mit SQL
- Du entwickelst Datenmodelle und DAX-Berechnungen zur Aufbereitung von Kennzahlen
- Du wirkst bei der Automatisierung und Optimierung von Reporting-Prozessen mit
Das sind deine Stärken & Skills
- Du studierst Data Science, Data Analytics, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Business Intelligence, Informationsmanagement, Gesundheitsinformatik, Medizininformatik, eHealth, Digital Health oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Du hast erste praktische Erfahrung mit Microsoft Power BI (Reports, Dashboards, DAX) aus einer Werkstudententätigkeit, einem Studienprojekt oder eigenen Projekten
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SQL-Datenbanken
- Du hattest idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit Datenmodellierung, Data-Warehousing-Konzepten oder Datenaufbereitungsprozessen
- Du bringst Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke und hast Freude daran, dich mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen auszutauschen
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und zuverlässig und hast einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1)
