Il Ruolo di Addetto/a Market
Rispondendo al tuo Responsabile e in base agli obiettivi assegnati, hai la possibilità di assistere ed orientare i clienti nelle operazioni di acquisto. Nello specifico avrai cura di:
Svolgere puntualmente le operazioni di cassa;
Controllare che gli scaffali siano riforniti secondo le indicazioni e gli standard;
Assicurare e gestire tutte le attività del punto vendita;
Gestire gli eventuali reclami della clientela.
La risorsa ideale
Conosce la lingua italiana e inglese, e preferibilmente una seconda lingua tra tedesco, olandese o francese;
Ha una forte attitudine al lavoro di squadra;
Ha la capacità di soddisfare e anticipare le esigenze del cliente;
Ha la capacità di adattamento ed è flessibile ai cambiamenti e imprevisti;
Ha capacità di problem solving ed è proattivo;
Ha rispetto, cura e attenzione per se stesso e per l’ambiente di lavoro;
