Deine Mission
- Als Teamleiter Logistik verantwortest Du das Tagesgeschäft in den Bereichen Wareneingang und Warenausgang sowie das Management unserer Versanddienstleister
- Die Personalplanung zur zuverlässigen Abwicklung der internen Prozesse obliegt dir
- Mit gezieltem Carrier-Management stellst du sicher, dass die Kosten und Qualität unserer externen Versandpartner optimal ausgesteuert werden
- Du förderst eine effiziente Zusammenarbeit aller Abteilungen und koordinierst einen reibungslosen Ablauf in den Bereichen Wareneingang, Warenausgang und Neuware
- Du bist mitverantwortlich für die Pflege von KPI-Listen zur kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung

- Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Führung von operativen Teams
- Du konntest in der Vergangenheit Dienstleister effizient steuern
- Du besitzt hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten für den Umgang mit Mitarbeitern sowie externen Dienstleistern
- Du hast eine präzise und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Du hast ein sicheres und selbstbewusste Auftreten in herausfordernden Situationen
- Du hast Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen und/oder MS Excel und Google Apps
- Du beherrschst die deutsche Sprache fließend in Wort und Schrift
