Senior Einkäufer (m/w/d) Bau und Netzinfrastruktur
Deine Aufgaben
- Strategische Steuerung und Koordination des Einkaufs von Bau- und Netzinfrastrukturleistungen über alle Projektphasen hinweg
- Eigenständige Vorbereitung, Führung und Abschluss komplexer Vertragsverhandlungen mit Generalunternehmern, Bauunternehmen, Netzdienstleistern sowie weiteren Lieferanten im Bereich Balance of Plant (BoP)
- Verantwortung für die Beschaffung vonelektrotechnischer Infrastruktur(Umspannwerke Transformatoren, Blindleistungskompensationsanlagenu.ä.),Bauleistungen, Tiefbaugewerken,sowie weiteren projektbezogenen Dienstleistungen zur Realisierung von Energieprojekten
- Steuerung und Abstimmung aller einkaufsrelevanten Aktivitäten mit internen Fachbereichen wieGrid, Construction, Engineering, Projektmanagement und Legal
- Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen, Vergaben und VertragsentscheidungenunterSicherstellung wirtschaftlicher und technischer Beschaffungsstrategien
- Aktive Analyse von Beschaffungsmärkten, Lieferantenstrukturen und technischen Entwicklungen zur Identifikation von Einspar- und Optimierungspotenzialen
- Verantwortung für das Vertragsmanagement während der Projektumsetzung sowie Begleitung von Nachtrags- und Claim-Prozessen
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung nachhaltiger Lieferantenbeziehungen sowie Sicherstellung einer leistungsfähigen Lieferantenbasis
Dein Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Ingenieurwesen, Bauwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf komplexer Bau-, Infrastruktur- oder EPC-Projekte
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Beschaffung vonNetzinfrastrukturprojekten,Bauleistungenund Tiefbaugewerken
- Erfahrung in der Führung komplexer Vertragsverhandlungen sowie im Management von Ausschreibungs- und Vergabeprozessen
- Durchsetzungsstarke, kommunikationssichere Persönlichkeit mit Verhandlungsgeschick und eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
- Erfahrung im Umfeld der Energiebranche oder Erneuerbaren Energien ist von Vorteil, jedoch keine Voraussetzung
