As a Crown Field Service Technician, you will enjoy variety, autonomy and daily problem solving as you:
- Complete a 4-8 week industry leading training program
- Carry out scheduled servicing, safety checks and repairs of equipment in a dedicated territory
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance, responding quickly to breakdowns and keeping customers running and downtime to a minimum
- Manage your daily work schedule efficiently using our field based mobile technology
- Accurately maintain important service records of work performed by you
- Maintain your fully stocked service van
- Be part of the service team and provide high level customer service to help our customers solve their material handling needs
- Join the leading forklift service business in Australia
All while being supported by an experienced team. Your role will play a significant part in the company's growth and overall success by delivering quality service to our customers whilst performing scheduled maintenance, safety and function checks.
- Mechanical aptitude, you enjoy fault finding and fixing things
- Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team
- Strong communication and customer service skills, this is a customer facing role in the Field
