Bringen Sie Ihre technische Expertise in die Pharmaindustrie ein: Mit BRÜGGEN ENGINEERING werden Sie zur Schlüsselfigur in der Instandhaltung pharmazeutischer Produktionsanlagen. Am Standort Mannheim erwartet Sie eine verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe, bei der Sie technische Systeme optimieren, Störungen beheben und die Betriebssicherheit komplexer Anlagen gewährleisten. Ihre Erfahrung in der Wartung, Qualifizierung und Automatisierung trägt dazu bei, höchste Standards in der pharmazeutischen Produktion sicherzustellen.

Aufgaben

  • Technische Instandhaltung: Sie wirken bei der Durchführung von Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten sowie Störungssuche und Beseitigung an pharmazeutischen Produktionsanlagen mit.
  • Inbetriebnahme & Qualifizierung: Sie begleiten die Installation neuer Maschinen, übernehmen die Validierung technischer Systeme und achten auf die Einhaltung der GMP-Richtlinien.
  • Dokumentation & Qualitätssicherung: Sie erstellen und aktualisieren Wartungspläne, erfassen durchgeführte Maßnahmen gemäß DIN/ISO 9000 und stellen eine lückenlose Nachverfolgbarkeit sicher.
  • Zusammenarbeit & Optimierung: Sie stimmen sich mit Fachabteilungen ab, analysieren Produktionsprozesse und tragen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung bei.

Qualifikation

  • Fachliche Qualifikation: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik oder eine Weiterbildung als Techniker (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung: Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung und Wartung von Produktionsanlagen
  • Technisches Know-how: Kenntnisse in der Antriebstechnik (Servoantriebe, Frequenzumrichter) sowie Sensortechnik (optische, kapazitive, induktive Sensoren).
  • Systemkompetenz: sicherer Umgang mit Visualisierungssystemen (Zenon, WinCC) sowie Netzwerk- und Bussystemen (Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet) von Vorteil.
  • Sprachliche Fähigkeiten: Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
