Today, the platform holds over 80 billion euros in assets from&nbsp;<strong>more than one million investors</strong> which have accrued over 5 billion euros in returns.</p></div><p>For further development and expansion of our successful business, Raisin is looking for a highly motivated, driven, and experienced <strong>Director of Engineering</strong> to lead both strategically and operationally our Investment and Pension (IPP) teams (25+ engineers)</p> <p>This embraces high-quality conceptual and delivery performance of the teams, the health of the IPP engineering organization and system landscape,&nbsp; an efficient and compliant development process, technical and business ownership of the Raisin’s IPP platform, and vendor relationships.</p> <p>At Raisin, we work in a domain driven organization with a binary-star leadership model. You are a senior engineering leader, across projects and teams, with a natural aptitude and passion for growing and developing high-performing teams</li> <li><strong>You have at least 4y experience in FinTech </strong><strong>Domain knowledge of Investment products is a strong advantage.</strong></li> <li><strong>Strong business mindset.</strong></li> <li>Strong AWS knowledge, Java, SQL, Kafka/or other messaging solutions</li> <li>You are pragmatic and can handle the balance between both taking and delegating the lead in challenging situations</li> <li>You bring both strong strategic and excellent operational leadership skills</li> <li>You motivate and inspire by outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, including communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences</li> <li>You possess solid data engineering/analytics background and distinct hands-on mentality</li> <li>You are experienced with OKR and KPI-based target agreements</li> <li>You are familiar with architecturally-heavy systems, including designing, implementing, and evolving these system constraints</li> <li>You are fluent in English, knowledge of German or another European language would be a plus</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Join our mission, join our team – and grow with us!</strong></p> <p>At Raisin, we care about each other and it is one of our top priorities to foster an open and caring environment in which everyone feels welcome and comfortable.
