Als Ingenieur (m/w/d) in der Qualitätskontrolle übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der GMP-gerechten Dokumentation und Chargenprüfung für die Pharmaindustrie. Sie stellen die Einhaltung regulatorischer Vorgaben sicher, analysieren Prozessdaten und unterstützen bei der Optimierung von Produktionsabläufen.

Aufgaben

  • Dokumentationsprüfung: Kontrolle und Freigabe von Herstellungsanweisungen (HABs) und Umbuchungen gemäß GMP-Vorgaben.
  • Chargenmanagement: Zuständig für die Einhaltung der Order Lead Time (OLT) mit Nachverfolgung der erforderlichen Begleitdokumente.
  • Auditvorbereitung: Unterstützung bei GMP-Audits sowie Bearbeitung regulatorischer Maßnahmen.
  • Schulungen & Standards: Erstellung und Anpassung von SOPs sowie Durchführung interner Mitarbeiterschulungen.
  • Datenanalyse: Elektronische Erfassung und Auswertung von Produktionsdaten zur Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen.
  • Systemeinführung: Mitwirkung bei der Implementierung neuer Electronic Batch Record (EBR) Systeme.

Qualifikation

  • Qualifikation: Abgeschlossenes Studium in Biotechnologie oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Erfahrung: Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Produktion, idealerweise in der Parenteralia-Herstellung.
  • Fachkenntnisse: Gute Kenntnisse der GMP-Vorschriften, hygienische Standards sowie Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Dokumentation.
  • IT-Kompetenz: Sicherer Umgang mit MES, SAP sowie MS Office (Excel und Word).
  • Soft Skills: Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationsfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und prozessorientiertes Denken.
  • Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
