- Unterstützung im gesamten Recruiting-Prozess
- Sichtung und Vorauswahl von Bewerbungen
- Kommunikation mit Bewerber*innen
- Koordination und Begleitung von Vorstellungsgesprächen und Hospitationen
- Pflege und Verwaltung unseres Bewerbermanagementsystems
- Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Stellenausschreibungen
- Unterstützung bei der aktiven Kandidat*innensuche
- Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Recruiting-Prozesse
Deine Skills
- Laufendes Studium, mindestens im 4. Semester, z. B. im Bereich Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftspsychologie, BWL oder vergleichbar
- Erste praktische Erfahrung im Recruiting ist Voraussetzung
- Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten
- Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office
- Interesse daran, Verantwortung im Recruiting zu übernehmen
