
SAP Business System Analyst – EWM & Logistics Execution
NVIDIA IT Supply Chain Execution Team is looking for SAP Extended Warehouse Management & Logistics Execution professional for Transformational work.
The ideal Individual will lead the effort to craft and develop Warehouse Management solution in the areas of Transport & Logistics Execution in SAP EWM / ECC and S4 HANA at NVIDIA, the world leader in accelerated computing that specializes in products and platforms for the large, growing markets of gaming, professional visualization, data center, and automotive.
It is essential that this person can offer standard methodology and practical solutions based on their past work experience on similar engagements.
This person will be challenged to offer creative solution that enable end to end solutions and drive other team members to an established common vision and roadmap.
What you will be doing:
You will be responsible to run projects as a team member or lead to implement new solutions and improve existing functionalities, in SAP EWM / Logistics Execution Modules supporting Warehouse, Logistics & shipment Business process.
Work closely with business leaders and users to fully understand requirements & challenges and articulate, analyze, translate them into effective system solution.
Architect SAP system solution & Config system in SAP EWM / LE Modules with flawless integration with SAP ECC / S4Hana / TMS / Finance, Production, Sales, Planning, and other related SAP & Non-SAP Systems.
Understand existing SAP Supply Chain systems to implement in S4 HANA landscape.
Design analytic and reporting solutions in various reporting tools like Tableau and SAP BI.
You will plan and conduct testing, both internally and externally.
Build Training documentation and impart training to end users/ Business owners / Partners.
Collaborate effectively with onsite-offshore resources including business Leaders, Cross functional Analysts, Development, technical & reporting teams, to prioritize, co-ordinate and execute Projects & Implement the solution and to support business operations and drive change management.
You will provide mentorship to the implementation team with the best industry practices solutions and methodologies
Responsible for SAP EWM / LE Area support activities, for the processes already implemented.
What we need to see:
Minimum of 8+ years of SAP EWM & ECC 6.0 WH & LE experience focused on Warehouse & Logistics functional Areas.
Convey good verbal and written communication skills, with ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Consider yourself detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
Strong Knowledge & Hands-on in standard SAP EWM / LE Module Features & Configuration, integrated with TMS / MM / FI / SD Modules / BW systems.
Understand the business functions of warehouse Inbound / Outbound / Internal Movements / Inventory Management / Shipment process / Stock Transfer Order / Batch handling / handling Unit, how IT changes may impact and improve the operation of these business functions.
Ability to architect solutions in the above areas, by seamlessly integrating & working with other teams.
Strong exposure to data integration with NON-SAP tools / Partners thr’ EDI / IDOC etc.
Knowledge in Custom solution implementation / RICEF / Change Management Process.
Knowledge in SAP BW / Hana reporting (& other Reporting Tools) is preferable.
Good understanding on SAP tools like SAP Portals, SAP Ariba, SAP APO, SAP -GTS, SAP SRM, Label Printing 3rd party solution would be desirable.
Experience in Process weaver / Coupa Purchase Request / Coupa SIM or Similar tools is preferrable.
BE or BE + MBA is desirable.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Semiconductor industry experience, including the “fabless” business model.
S/4 HANA implementation experience.
Project management experience and skills
Demonstrate excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions in simple terms.
Exposure to SAP Upgrade & Infrastructure Upgrade Projects.
