Senior Project Management Officer (m/w/d)
Your mission
- der eigenverantwortlichen Entlastung der Projektleitenden und des Project Office (PMO) im Tagesgeschäft,
- der Vorbereitung, Koordinierung, Moderation und eigenständigen Durchführung von Arbeits-, Status- und Kundenterminen sowie dem verbindlichen Nachhalten und Eskalieren offener Punkte und Maßnahmen in Projekten,
- der Übernahme von stellvertretenden Projektleitungstätigkeiten, ggf. auch der Projektleitung,
- der Qualitätssicherung und dem Reporting rund um unsere Projekte, einschließlich der Ableitung von Steuerungsbedarf aus Projektkennzahlen,
- der Durchführung von QM-Sitzungen mit den Projektleitenden,
- der Weiterentwicklung unserer PMO-Prozesse, Methoden und Templates sowie der Sicherstellung ihrer Einhaltung,
- der Mitwirkung an der Ausbildung neuer Consultants zum Projektmanagement: Onboarding, Schulungen und Workshops organisieren und durchführen,
Your profile
- gewissenhaft, sorgfältig und strukturiert arbeitest, sicher priorisierst und selbstständig Handlungsfelder erkennst,
- kommunikationsstark und organisiert bist, ein sicheres und freundliches Auftreten zeigst sowie Eskalationen souverän meisterst (Deutsch mindestens Niveau C1),
- dich im IT-Umfeld zu Hause fühlst und die MS-Office- bzw. Microsoft-365-Produkte sicher beherrschst,
- mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektumfeld vorweist, davon fundierte Erfahrung im PMO- oder Projektmanagement-Umfeld, sowie Kenntnisse gängiger PM-Methoden und -Tools,
- idealerweise eine Zertifizierung nach IPMA, PMP oder im agilen Umfeld vorweisen kannst,
- analytisch und konzeptionell denkst und ein Grundverständnis von Projektkalkulationen hast,
- Erfahrung mit Risikomanagement und Quality Gates hast,
- sicher in komplexen Organisationen auftrittst und verbindlich kommunizierst,
- Neugier und Begeisterung für den Einsatz von KI-Werkzeugen (z. B. Copilot, Claude) mitbringst,
- von Vorteil: Branchenkenntnis in der Wohnungswirtschaft oder Erfahrung im SAP-Umfeld,
