The Ellison Education & Scholarships Programme, established by the Ellison Institute of Technology (EIT) in partnership with the University of Oxford, is a fully funded scholarship initiative aimed at nurturing future global technology innovators and leaders. Each year, the programme selects approximately twenty exceptional candidates worldwide who are passionate about addressing humanity's most pressing challenges.
Your Role:
At EIT we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Student Engagement Administrator to join our Student Engagement team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an administrator who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience for students and stakeholders. You'll support the smooth running of student programmes, events and communications while helping to maintain accurate records and efficient processes behind the scenes.

Your Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Manage the Student Engagement team inbox and coordinate responses to enquiries.
- Maintain accurate student records and support administration within Salesforce and other systems.
- Support the management of student documentation and information in line with data protection requirements.
- Coordinate and update key student materials, including the Student Handbook.
- Organise logistics for students arriving in Oxford, including travel arrangements and merchandise.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, including scheduling, agendas, minutes and action tracking.
- Support supplier administration, contracts, subscriptions, invoices and payments.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of student events and engagement activities.
- Provide general administrative support across the Student Engagement team.
Essential Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
We're interested in hearing from candidates who can demonstrate:
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Previous administrative experience, including record management and coordinating follow-up actions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems and technologies.
- Experience supporting events, meetings or project logistics.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- A commitment to confidentiality, professionalism and high ethical standards.
- Experience supporting a range of stakeholders. 
Desirable Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
- Experience supporting system improvements, testing or process documentation.
- Experience working with students, young people or within an education, scholarship or similar environment.
- Salary: Competitive salary + travel allowance + bonus
- Enhanced holiday. Our annual leave allowance is 25 days plus 8 bank holidays and an additional 3 days between Christmas and New Year. You will also have the opportunity to purchase an additional 5 days annual leave in January and July.

Working Together – What It Involves:
- You must have the right to work permanently in the UK for the duration of the Fixed Term Contract, with a willingness to travel as necessary.
- You will live in, or within easy commuting distance of, Oxford (or be willing to relocate).
- The closing date for this role is Friday 11th September, with a start date to commence at the end of October 2026.
