Specjalista / Specjalistka ds. sprzedaży
Jeżeli lubisz kontakt z ludźmi, dobrze odnajdujesz się w sprzedaży i zależy Ci na wysokich zarobkach uzależnionych od wyników, ta oferta jest dla Ciebie. Będziesz pracować na ciepłych leadach, kontaktując się z klientami zainteresowanymi rozwiązaniami z zakresu OZE. Do Twoich zadań będzie należało poznanie potrzeb klienta, kwalifikacja pod kątem możliwości uzyskania dofinansowania oraz przedstawienie dopasowanych rozwiązań, takich jak pompy ciepła, instalacje fotowoltaiczne, magazyny energii, kotły na pellet czy termomodernizacja. W zależności od modelu współpracy będziesz również umawiać spotkania dla doradców terenowych lub samodzielnie prowadzić proces sprzedaży. Zatrudnimy na B2B lub UZ.
Realizowane zadania
Kontakt telefoniczny z osobami zainteresowanymi ofertą (ciepłe leady)
Zadawanie pytań i analiza potrzeb klienta
Kwalifikowanie klientów pod kątem możliwości uzyskania dofinansowania (m.in. program Czyste Powietrze)
Prezentowanie rozwiązań z zakresu OZE (termomodernizacja, kotły na pellet, pompy ciepła, magazyny energii, instalacje fotowoltaiczne (PV))
Umawianie spotkań dla doradców terenowych lub samodzielna sprzedaż produktów i usług
Wymagania obowiązkowe
Sprzedaż – Szukamy osoby, która:
lubi sprzedaż i kontakt z klientem
chce zarabiać powyżej średniej rynkowej
jest nastawiona na realizację celów i osiąganie wyników
preferuje pracę na gotowych, zainteresowanych klientach (ciepłe leady), a nie na zimnych bazach
nie musi posiadać doświadczenia w branży OZE – wszystkiego nauczymy
Minimalne doświadczenie w przedstawionych obszarach pracy: Poniżej roku
